This yummy recipe is with thanks to Tupperware.
Biscuit base:
Stir 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 125gram of butter in a saucepan,
 over low heat until melted.
Crush 250 gram (a packet) of plain sweet store-bought biscuits
(or your own basic butter biscuit recipe) in a food processor, then add 1 teaspoon lemon rind and 1 cup of fine desiccated coconut to the bowl.    Mix in the milk mix by hand.
Press the mixture into a slice pan.
Use the back of a spoon to really make it firm to help it stick together.
Combine 1 1/2 cups of icing sugar, 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, one teaspoon of fine coconutand 15 gram of softened butter.
(If it is still dry, add more melted butter in 5 gram increments until it is smooth but thick)
Spread this over the mixture in the tray.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of coconut.
Refrigerate for an hour or longer.
Cut into slices and serve.
A lemony treat, perfect with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
