Finally, a recipe that works every time to make the most delicious bread rolls!
Just mix it all together, then knead it and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot in the kitchen.
Knead it for a second time after the rise.
- 500 gram best quality flour you can find (I use Kialla wholemeal stoneground flour, or a mix of Kialla and plain baker’s flour)
- 300 ml warm water
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 gram of yeast
- pinch of salt
This bread recipe is a thermomix recipe and I use the machine to knead it, (sheer laziness after 11 years of kneading dough by hand) but it is perfect for preparation by hand too.
