How to make perfect bread dough, and a bread baking song

Yippee!
Finally, a recipe that works every time to make the most delicious bread rolls!
Just mix it all together, then knead it and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot in the kitchen.
Knead it for a second time after the rise.
Ingredients:
  • 500 gram best quality flour you can find (I use Kialla wholemeal stoneground flour, or a mix of Kialla and plain baker’s flour)
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 10 gram of yeast
  • pinch of salt
This bread recipe is a thermomix recipe and I use the machine to knead it, (sheer laziness after 11 years of kneading dough by hand)  but it is perfect for preparation by hand too.
I sing my bread song to the children as they knead and roll.  Feel free to use it!

Bread is a lovely thing to eat.
Bread is our little (Tuesday) treat.
Pat the dough, roll the dough, shake the flour fine
Shape it then, bake it.  It’s almost oven time.
