Ice Pop Joy by Anni Daulter

Posted under Summer

Well, I never.
Our Moondew morning tea consisted of fruit platters and Ice Pops.
But these were no ordinary fruit juice icepops.
No sirree.
They came from Anni Daulter’s book, Ice Pop Joy.
With ingredients such as real mint, raw cacao powder, silken tofu, soy milk, agave syrup, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, linseed meal, pistachio, walnuts, peanut butter and more, they were more than an iceblock. They were a meal!
How about one for breakfast?
Yep, we did!
Ohhh, we’ll be making these a bit over summer.
What about you?

I love this book. So many great recipes that we ended up buying more popsicle containers. We use the recipes weekly and eat the ice blocks on most days. Great to share with the neighbourhood kids too. Everyone I have lent this book to loves it and gets a little addicted to making their own. I like that they included a medicinal section as well.
Here’s a link if someone wants to try one of the recipes (Pistacho Pops)

Thank you Felicity. Thanks for lending it to me. I love it! And am off to make choc peanut butter ones again today. Yummo!
