FAQ: Do you make money from your blog?
Yes. It didn’t start out that way, but over the years my blog has gone from a personal hobby to an integral part of my business. It does generate a small amount of income, which allows me to maintain the high quality of content I strive to produce. I have traditional advertisers (the banner ads you see in the right column and in between posts), contextual affiliate links, and, on occasion, I may have sponsored posts.
If I do have a sponsored post, it will be in the form of a giveaway, special reader discount, and/or a unique post created by partnering with another brand whose work or products I enjoy. All sponsored posts are marked as such. Regardless of the type of sponsorship, I only work with a brand if I feel it is a good fit for my aesthetic, my readership, and something I would buy or use anyway. They will always be brands who I love and who will allow me to stick to my voice and produce only content that I think my readers will enjoy. Any sponsored posts will be noted as such; it’s these kinds of posts which allow me to keep offering new and unique content to you, my amazing readers.
An affiliate link means that I receive commission on sales of the products that are linked to in my posts. So if you click on a link and make a purchase from an affiliate site, then I may make a commission from that purchase. The content of my posts are all items and experiences I genuinely like and support, and are not influenced by advertisers.
Any products which have been gifted or provided gratis to Parenting Fun Everyday for review are noted with an asterik (*) or c/o (courtesy of*, or sponsored by*) at the bottom of the post, and are only posted if they are good fit for my Parenting Fun Everyday aesthetic and content.
